What can family planning and primary care providers do to improve preconception, interconception, and maternal health? During this webinar, providers from a variety of Title X settings in Texas shared lessons learned from integrating family planning and primary care with counseling and services that address hypertension, preconception health and achieving a healthy pregnancy, and prevent adverse maternal health outcomes. Panelists outlined actionable steps for family planning and primary care providers and share related resources from the RHNTC.
