Agencies providing family planning and reproductive health services are constantly facing complex challenges. During this August 2019 webinar, participants learned what adaptive leadership is and how using principles of adaptive leadership can help staff at all levels of your organization to manage complex challenges. Participants learned about tools that can help build staff capacity to use adaptive leadership strategies, and heard from Maine Family Planning, a Title X grantee, about how they utilized adaptive leadership tools to tackle a complex challenge.
