As part of a larger portfolio of resources intended to support staff well-being, this tool helps sexual and reproductive health agency managers support their staff to identify tasks that energize and tasks that drain them. Encouraging staff to independently reflect on and name what energizes and what drains them creates shared awareness and understanding.

This tool guides staff through building an Energy Board and offers questions for discussion and reflection.
