Sparks Trainings are short (15–30 minute) trainings on adolescent-centered practices from the University of Michigan Health System’s Adolescent Health Initiative. These mini trainings are free, ready-to-use, and include a PowerPoint presentation, facilitator script, and follow-up materials. Topics include: Strengths-Based Approaches; Being Youth-Friendly; Youth With Special Health Care Needs; Confidentiality Laws and Best Practices; Identifying and Supporting Trafficked Youth; and Adolescent Brain Development.
