Equity and the Opportunity to Survive the First Year of Life Webinar
The racial disparity in the opportunity to survive the first year of life is one of the most persistent challenges facing maternal child health. What does the data tell us about this disparity and other disparities in maternal and infant morbidity and mortality? What are the root causes of these disparities? What can we do about them?
This webinar, the first in a four-part series on improving maternal health through systems strengthening, will dive deep into these disparities and the collective action required from sexual and reproductive health (SRH) providers and related organizations to achieve maternal and infant health equity. This webinar is open to Title X agencies, Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP) Program grantees, and similar organizations.
