This presentation focuses on pivoting rigorous evaluation plans written pre-COVID-19 to virtual settings in response to the ongoing pandemic. The slides cover considerations when conducting evaluations virtually as well as key considerations about obtaining consent and assent, monitoring program delivery and assessing quality of implementation, conducting virtual focus groups, and collecting survey data virtually.
