This case study features the Title X grantee, Ohio Department of Health (ODH), and the work they are doing to support their network of Title X sites in providing substance use services, such as screening for substance use disorders and referral to treatment. ODH's Title X team participated in a needs assessment process with their Title V Maternal and Child Health block grant colleagues, which grounded its activities and understanding of the need for integrated family planning and substance use services.
