Training Administrators

These answers to frequently asked questions are designed for staff who have Training Administrator accounts on RHNTC’s website and who use the RHNTC Training Tracking System to monitor staff training.

What should I do to prepare for the changes coming to the RHNTC website?

As a Training Administrator, we recommend that you complete the following steps by June 14 to ensure you have everything you need to track staff training.

First, you should download your training administrator data on or before June 14, 2026:

Second, you should develop an alternative plan to monitor staff training.

  • For staff who need to continue to monitor staff training requirements, one option is to use the RHNTC’s non-web-based training plan resources. Follow the steps outlined in the Title X Staff Training Plan Toolkit or TPP Staff Training Plan Toolkit (as appropriate) to help plan which training should be completed by your staff, assign each training to individual staff, and log when staff completes their training assignments.

How do I download a report of staff training completion?

  • Login to the RHNTC website and navigate to the “My Training Account”.
  • To download your completion report(s), go to “My Training Tracking” > “Completion Reports”.
  • Select the relevant training list(s) and then “view” completion report. You can also “View Completion Report for All Lists.”

How do I know if someone completed the list I assigned?

  • Login to the RHNTC website and navigate to the “My Training Account”. Select “Manage My Training Lists.”
  • Select the relevant training list(s) and select “users”. This list represents the users who have accepted the training list. If there are users missing from the list, share the training list with them again and remind them that they need to click the training list link and then “save list” while logged into the RHNTC website.

As a reminder for how to share a training list:

  • From “Manage My Lists” under "My Training Tracking", scroll down to your training list and click the “Share” button.
  • Click the icon next to the link that says "click to copy to the clipboard" (or press “Control + C” on your keyboard).
  • Use email or another sharing mechanism to paste (press “Control + V” on your keyboard) to share the list with your staff or networks.

Can I still request a Training Administrator Account?

The RHNTC is no longer approving new Training Administrator account requests.

What are my options for tracking staff training without the RHNTC’s Training Tracking System?

For Title X staff who need to continue to monitor staff training requirements, one option is to use the RHNTC’s non-web-based training plan resources. Follow the steps outlined in the Title X Staff Training Plan Toolkit to help plan which training should be completed by your staff, assign each training to individual staff, and log when staff completes their training assignments.

While the TPP Program does not prescribe training topics, program staff may have been using the RHNTC’s Training Tracking System to support training tracking and help ensure their project meets expectations. Follow the steps outlined in the TPP Staff Training Plan Toolkit to help plan which training should be completed by your staff, assign each training to individual staff, and log when staff completes their training assignments.
