Staff working in Title X-funded projects are expected to receive training on select topics either annually or once per project period. A training plan and structure for tracking staff training can help ensure that Title X projects meet this expectation. Additionally, training strengthens staff capacity, and having a training plan can be useful to ensure that staff stay up-to-date on their skills and also receive professional development.
