This checklist is designed to help grantees assess whether a subrecipient meets clinical requirements specified in the Title X statutes, regulations, legislative mandates, the Quality Family Planning Recommendations (QFP), and other guidance. Grantees can use this checklist in conjunction with the other checklists in the Onboarding New Title X-Funded Agencies: A Toolkit for Grantees to identify which requirements a subrecipient has in place and which they still need to implement, and to record their approval of requirements. The checklist can be modified to meet the unique needs of each grantee and subrecipient onboarding experience. This resource is part of the Onboarding New Title X-Funded Agencies: A Toolkit for Grantees
