This case study was designed to focus on two separate components of establishing a strategy for a federally qualified health center (FQHC). Part 1 explores the decision-making process, while Part 2 examines the implementation process for three models. Both parts describe different FQHC strategies, contain analyses of three organizations’ experiences, and identify common themes across all models.
