Providing Quality Family Planning Services (QFP) states that “service sites that offer family planning services should have a system for conducting quality improvement (QI)” and define QI as “the use of a deliberate and continuous effort to achieve measurable improvement.” This eLearning module provides an overview of change management. Participants will learn how to achieve and sustain gains made through quality improvement.

  • Identify three keys to leading change for sustainable quality improvement
  • Describe at least one example of a change management strategy in a family planning setting
  • Describe the impact of engaging multiple sources of influence when managing change for sustainable quality improvement
