This log is designed to help Title X agencies maintain a record of all informational and educational (I&E) materials and their reviews. The log can be modified to meet the unique needs of each Title X agency.

This tool is part of the I&E Materials Review Toolkit, which is designed to help Title X grantees and subrecipient agencies develop or manage their I&E materials review and approval process.
