Focus groups can be a good way to gather input from males about your clinic so you can ensure your services, clinic environment, partnerships, and project promotion activities meet their needs. Use or modify the questions below when conducting focus groups with current male* clients and other males from the community (potential clients). *In this discussion guide, “male” refers to people assigned male at birth. It’s important to keep in mind that there are many people whose gender identity does not match their assigned sex at birth. This means that some people who don’t identify as male may be seen for “male” sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services.
