This short video provides an introduction to Fertility Awareness Based Methods (FABMs) for family planning staff. FABMs are methods of tracking one or more fertility indicators to estimate the fertile window, or the days when intercourse would be more likely to result in pregnancy. FABMs can be used to help couples conceive or prevent pregnancy.
