This self-assessment tool is designed to help family planning agencies determine where they are already using supportive work environment strategies, as well as opportunities to cultivate a more open, connected, and responsive work environment. Completing this self-assessment guides agencies to the most relevant action steps and resources contained in the Staff Support and Retention Toolkit. Agencies are encouraged to use this tool to establish a baseline for continuous improvement, and to revisit the self-assessment over time.
